It operates with Hales and Wish and PayPal and Western Union of a corrupt environment that had to be corrupt to survive. Not that the leaders are correct. You now have a new president, a new prime minister, and an existing legacy speaker who I think are all at the point of saying, “We want this over. We don’t want another civil war.
